Abstract

The device is characterized in that it comprises a front-end monitoring device, a 4G communication module and a monitoring center which are connected successively; the front-end monitoring device comprises a piezoelectric acceleration sensor, a conditioning circuit and an Xbeepro s2c module which are connected successively; a wind speed and direction sensor is connected with the Xbeepro s2c module; the Xbeepro s2c module is connected to the 4G communication module. The intrinsic frequency matrix of an iron tower member is calculated by the monitoring center, and is compared with an intrinsic frequency matrix where no bolt looseness happens and obtained by modal analysis, thus,the bolt looseness of the transmission tower is determined. The invention also discloses a method for online monitoring the looseness of bolts on a transmission tower, which solves the defect of the traditional manual line inspection, realizes the on-line monitoring of the loosening of the bolts of the transmission line, and reduces the safety hidden troubles of the tower operation.
