Abstract

The invention discloses a proximity switch test system. The system is used for detecting an electrical property parameter of a proximity switch. The system comprises a computer, a control detection circuit, a stroke motion mechanism, a detection component, a visual sense range finding component and a rapid clamping device. The proximity switch is clamped on the rapid clamping device. The stroke motion mechanism is used for changing a distance between the detection component and an induction end of the proximity switch. The visual sense range finding component is used for detecting an inductiondistance between the proximity switch and the detection component and transmitting to the control detection circuit. The control detection circuit is used for controlling motion of the stroke motionmechanism and the detection component and detecting an electrical property parameter of the proximity switch. The computer controls the stroke motion mechanism and the detection component through thecontrol detection circuit and processes the electrical property parameter of the proximity switch acquired by the control detection circuit. In the invention, automatic detection of the proximity switch can be realized, accuracy is good, manual errors are eliminated, there are a lot of detection projects and operation is convenient.
