Abstract

The invention discloses a testing device and a testing method of an intelligent disconnecting switch and a circuit breaker. The testing device comprises the components of a single-chip microcomputer,a voltage acquisition circuit, a current acquisition circuit, a switch amount isolation acquisition circuit, a driving output circuit, a starting-stopping button circuit, a multifunctional turn buttoncircuit, a liquid crystal display device circuit, an expanded static memory circuit and an isolated communication circuit, wherein the voltage acquisition circuit, the current acquisition circuit, the switch amount isolation acquisition circuit, the driving output circuit, the starting-stopping button circuit, the multifunctional turn button circuit and the liquid crystal display device circuit are respectively connected with the single-chip microcomputer electrically; and the expanded static memory circuit and the isolated communication circuit are electrically connected with the single-chipmicrocomputer. The switch amount isolation acquisition circuit acquires a voltage signal at a switch position. Through a protective circuit which is composed of self-recovery fuse and a transient protecting diode, the voltage signal is input into an isolated optical coupler through a current limiting resistor and a filtering capacitor, thereby ensuring no burndown of rear devices. The testing device and the testing method have beneficial effects of accurately measuring switching-on and switching-off operation time of the disconnecting switch and the circuit breaker, and satisfying requirementof a railway power grid to switching-on time and switching-off time of the disconnecting switch and the circuit breaker.
