Abstract

The invention discloses a method for calculating thermal conductivity of building materials. By analyzing the heat-moisture coupling transfer mechanism of porous building materials, the water vapor partial pressure gradient and temperature gradient are used as driving potentials to establish a heat-moisture coupling transfer control equation without moisture phase transition. ; and give the expression of the transfer coefficient reflecting the interaction of moisture and heat. Based on the heat-moisture coupling transfer control equation without moisture phase change, the two terms of phase change moisture source and heat source are introduced, and combined with the theory of evaporation and condensation, the heat-moisture coupling transfer control equation with moisture phase change is established. According to the interaction between the internal moisture phase transition and the temperature and humidity field of porous building materials, a cyclic iterative calculation method for additional heat conduction is proposed to calculate the thermal conductivity caused by moisture migration and phase transition.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of heat and moisture transfer of building materials, in particular to a method for calculating the thermal conductivity of building materials. Background technique [0002] The thermal conductivity of building materials is one of the important thermal parameters in the calculation of building cooling and heating loads and energy consumption. Most of the porous building materials used in practice have a certain moisture content, and the heat transfer performance of the material will change after the material is wet. However, in the current calculation methods and software of building cooling and heating loads, it is often assumed that the physical properties of materials are constant, ignoring the influence of moisture changes on the heat conduction process of materials, resulting in errors in the calculation of heat transfer. Therefore, it is of great significance for building energy-saving analysis and HVAC load cal...
