Abstract

The double-tube laryngeal mask device comprises a support, wherein the support is arranged in an air guiding tube and comprises a central shaft, a plurality of supporting rods, two supporting rods extending in forward and reverse directions, a supporting rod hinged to an adjacent shaft sleeve and a power mechanism, wherein the central shaft is coaxially arranged in the center of the inside of the air guiding tube; a plurality of shaft sleeves are slidably arranged on the central shaft in a sleeving manner and can slide along the central shaft in an axial direction; each supporting rod is arranged around the peripheral direction of the corresponding shaft sleeve; one end of each supporting rod is hinged to the corresponding shaftsleeve while the other end of the supporting rod is in contact with the inner wall of the air guiding tube; the two supporting rods which extend in the forward and reverse directions are arranged at the same hinged point of the supporting rods and the shaft sleeves along the axial direction of the central shaft; the supporting rod which extends in the forward direction and the supporting rod whichextends in the reverse direction are hinged at the middle position; and the power mechanism is hinged to two adjacent middle position hinged points which are positioned on an axial plane of the samecentral shaft, and is used for stretching and retracting the support.
