The molecule seed breeding method comprises the following steps of (1) by using a sequence of a VplB gene of Wanxian white wheat variety with ear sprouting resistance as a template, blasting in GenBank, so as to obtain a BAC (bacterial artificial chromosome) sequence containing the VplB gene and an upstream sequence of the VplB gene; (2) by using the BAC sequence containing the upstream sequence of the VplB gene as a template, designing primers Bi-TF and Bi-TR, and separating a promoter at the upstream 2232bp of the VplB gene of the wheat; (3) adopting a 5'-deletion method to build a transient expression vector.
