The control system comprises operation layer, a executive layer anda control layer; the operation layer comprises an industrial personal computer and a PLC control system; the executive layer comprises a main control module and multiple sub-control modules; the control layer comprises multiple working systems of a hydraulic type fan generator system; the industrial personal computer is used for displaying working states of the multiple working systems and sending control instructions to the PLC control system; and the PLC control system is used for responding to the control instructions and calling the multiple sub-control modules through the main control module to control the multiple working systems. According to the control system, through different levels and division of the different functions of the sub-control modules, confusion of the execution process of the PLC control system is avoided, so that the sub-control modules divided by the functions of the system are independently operated, and no influence is generated among the sub-control modules.
