Abstract

The pharmaceutical composition is prepared from the effective ingredient of extractivewhich is obtained by further extracting Bidens alba(L.)DC herb alcohol extractive by an organic solvent. Researches show that when a petroleum ether part extractive concentration of the bidens alba is 12.0 or 60.0mg / kg and a chloroform part extractive concentration is 4.0 or 20.0mg / kg, a better analgesic effect on a mouse is achieved; especially, an analgesic effect of 60.0mg / kg petroleum ether part extractive is similar to that of 20mg / kg aspirin. The pharmaceutical composition with the analgesic effect disclosed by the invention can be dosed through an oral administration mode and is not only limited for parenteral administration.
