Abstract

The invention provides a spectral line lamp for spectrometer wavelength calibration. The spectral lien lamp comprises a lamp housing and two electrodes, wherein the lamp housing is filled with mercury-neon mixed gas. According to the spectral line lamp for spectrometer wavelength calibration, through filling the housing with the mercury-neon mixed gas, after an AC high-voltage pulse is applied tothe spectral line lamp, a plurality of line spectrums can be generated in a 250nm-2500nm waveband range. The spectral line lamp has advantages of simple structure, wide application range and high practicability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of optical devices, in particular to a spectral line lamp for calibrating the wavelength of a spectrometer. Background technique [0002] The spectrometer is the core device in spectrum measurement. In order to obtain accurate measurement results, the spectrometer must be strictly calibrated for the wavelength of light before use. Most of the wavelength calibration of various spectrometers in the prior art uses spectral line lamps as light sources. [0003] In the prior art, the line spectrum emitted by the low-pressure mercury lamp or the hollow cathode lamp is generally used as the natural reference wavelength to calibrate the wavelength of the spectrometer. Although the low-pressure mercury lamp is widely used, the problem is that its standard wavelength spectral lines are mainly concentrated in the ultraviolet region. In the range of 250nm-2500nm that the spectrometer needs to measure, there are only a f...
