The hydraulic system can be actuated in the modes that under a first preset working condition, the low-pressure liquid in led into the third hydraulic chamber portion, and the piston moves in a first direction; and under a second preset working condition, the high-pressure liquid is led into the third hydraulic chamber portion, and the piston moves in a second direction, wherein the second direction is opposite to the first direction.
