Abstract

The invention relates to an automatic sorting and counting device, in particular to an automatic sorting and counting device mainly used for cylindrical products. The automatic sorting and counting device comprises a sorting device body and a counting device body which are arranged in parallel. The output end of the sorting device body is connected with the input end of the counting device body. The cylindrical products enter the the sorting device body from the head end and are conveyed to the tail end of the sorting device body through a ball chain plate. In the movement process of the cylindrical products, guiding plate are used for guiding so that the cylindrical products can be sorted neatly. Pressing plate assemblies can prevent the cylindrical products from upwarping and being disordered when the cylindrical products are stacked at the tail end of the sorting device body. The cylindrical products are tightly arranged and stacked at the tail end of the sorting device body and enter the counting device body under the push of the ball chain plate of the sorting device body. Upper protection plates and arc groove spaces on arc-groove-shaped rollers each can only contain one cylindrical product, and therefore the counting function can be achieved. By means of the automatic sorting and counting device, the cylindrical products passing through a production line are arranged neatly, accurate counting can be achieved, automatic control is adopted, the responding speed is high, and the working efficiency is high.
