Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic packing line. The automatic packing line comprises a packing box discharging device, a product discharging device, a hot melting packing device, a conveying deviceand an automatic box seal device, wherein the packing box discharging device is used for being controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) to convey packing boxes to the conveying device; theproduct discharging device is used for being controlled by the PLC to convey products to the hot melting packing device; the hot melting packing device is used for being controlled by the PLC to output a packing film, the hot melting packing film wraps the products, and the wrapped products are conveyed into the packing boxes on the conveying device; the conveying device is used for being controlled by the PLC to convey the packing boxes or the packing boxes containing the products to the automatic box seal device; and the automatic box seal devcie is used for being controlled by the PLC to seal the packing boxes containing the products. By means of the automatic packing line, full-automatic packing is achieved, the productivity is high, and the manpower is saved.
