The high-accuracy sun position detecting device comprises an SCM (Single Chip Microcontroller), a first stepping motor, a second stepping motor and four photoelectric receiving circuits, wherein the first stepping motor, the second stepping motor and the four photoelectric receiving circuits are respectively connected with the SCM; each photoelectric receiving circuit comprises a photoelectric receiving tube connected with the SCM; an output shaft of the first stepping motor is vertically and upwards arranged and is in axial rotation; the second stepping motor is connected to the output shaft of the first stepping motor; an output shaft of the second stepping motor is horizontally arranged and is in axial rotation; the output shaft of the second stepping motor is connected with a rotating fan blade which is parallel to a vertical plane; the four photoelectric receiving tubesare uniformly and fixedly arranged at arc-shaped edges of the rotating fan blade. The high-accuracy sun position detecting device disclosed by the invention adopts the four photoelectric receiving tubes for tracking and detecting the sun, so that the measurement accuracy is greatly increased, and the application of solar energy having high focusing requirement can be met; two stepping motors in different rotating directions are adopted for collecting optimum three-dimensional focusing positions of the solar energy, the detecting accuracy is high, and the detection is fast and accurate.
