Fluorescence endoscope apparatus and method for imaging tissue within a body using the same

This present invention relates to a fluorescence endoscope apparatus, developed for diagnosing various illnesses within a body, especially for diagnosing a tumor inflamed region; and an application method of the same. The purpose of this invention is to enhance the accuracy of the examination. The fluorescence light endoscope apparatus in accordance with the present invention is comprised of an endoscope probe; a multiple light source that provides illumination light or excitation light of short wavelength onto a diagnostic region; a color CCD camera and a high sensitive monochromatic CCD camera placed on the back of an endoscope ocular lens; a reference test sample; a computer; and a monitor. The method of the present invention embodies a preliminary correction of the fluorescence endoscope apparatus of the present invention in accordance with the reference test sample; a general endoscopy using the illumination light, and an image observation and examination of the same diagnostic region using the fluorescence light and the reflected excitation light simultaneously; an auto-correction of brightness and unevenness of the fluorescence light images of the diagnostic region according to the reference test sample data; an evaluation of the brightness of the fluorescence light in the diagnosis region; storing numerical data that characterizing images and brightness of the fluorescence light in the diagnosis region; and storing image collected via two cameras as digital video clips.

Method and apparatus for verifying data local to a single thread

A method and apparatus are used in accordance with the present invention in concurrent program analysis for detecting potential race conditions such as data races in computer programs. A feature of the method and apparatus of the present invention is verifying annotations of addressable resources in a program. The present invention verifies annotations by checking if thread-local resources are indeed thread-local, and that thread-shared data spaces are not in fact thread-local. In accordance with the purpose of the invention, the method provides for detecting potential race conditions, such as data races, in a computer program. The computer program can spawn a plurality of threads that are capable of being executed concurrently. The method includes receiving a source code of the computer program. The source code includes an element annotated as either thread-local or thread-shared. The method also includes verifying the validity of the thread-local annotation if the element is annotated in the computer program as thread-local, wherein an invalid thread-local annotation may cause a race condition. The method can further include indicating a potential race condition if upon verifying the validity of the thread-local annotation it is determined that the element or a portion thereof is visible from more than one, rather than one and only one, of the plurality of threads. In further accordance with the purpose of the invention, the apparatus for concurrent program analysis includes means for receiving source code of the computer program. The source code includes an element annotated as either thread-local or thread-shared. The apparatus also includes means for type checking the source code; and means for thread-local checking located either inside or in series with the type checking means. The means for thread-local checking includes means for verifying the validity of the thread-local annotation if the element is annotated in the computer program as thread-local, where an invalid thread-local annotation may cause a race condition such as a data race. The apparatus can further include means for parsing the source code; and means for creating from the source code an abstract syntax tree. Accordingly, the present invention beneficially provides for a more effective concurrent program analysis.

According to the method and the device of recognizing and checking the modifying code blocks based on the difference information file, the modifying code blocks can be recognized. When the code normative checking is conducted, only the codes of the modifying code blocks need to be checked so as to know whether code standards are violated. Not only is the checking time short and the working efficiency high, but also the using safety of a modified source code file is guaranteed.

The invention relates to a monitoring method and system for leakage at pressure boundary of a primary coolant system in a nuclear power station. The monitoring system comprises a sample control device, a fluorine-18 detection device, a first pressure gauge, a thermometer, a first processor and a first sampling pump, and acquires an atmosphere sample at a pressure boundary area of the primary coolant system so as to measure specific activity of fluorine-18 existing in the atmosphere sample in the form of aerosol and determine whether there is leakage at pressure boundary of the primary coolant system through comparison of the measured specific activity with a preset threshold value. The invention also discloses a monitoring method for leakage at pressure boundary of the primary coolant system in the nuclear power station; according to the method, specific activity of fluorine-18 existing in the atmosphere sample obtained at the pressure boundary area of the primary coolant system is measured and compared with the preset threshold value so as to determine whether there is leakage at pressure boundary of the primary coolant system. The system and method provided in the invention can accurately and reliably monitor whether there is leakage at pressure boundary of the primary coolant system under the condition of meeting related requirements of U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
