Abstract

The invention discloses multi-vacuum-chamber electronic beam welding equipment. The equipment comprises a main vacuum chamber and multiple secondary vacuum chambers; the multiple secondary vacuum chambers are welded on the outer wall of the main vacuum chamber; the secondary vacuum chambers are in through connection with the main vacuum chamber, and are separated through sealing separation plates;mechanical transmission trays are arranged in the connected places of the secondary vacuum chambers with the main vacuum chamber; the secondary vacuum chambers are provided with vacuum cabin doors, and are provided with secondary vacuumizing systems at the upper parts; an electronic gun is arranged at the top in the main vacuum chamber, and can perform reciprocating sliding in the vacuum chamber;and the main vacuum chamber is connected with a main vacuumizing system. Through design of multiple vacuum chambers, a welding vacuum chamber is always kept in a vacuum state, and is located in a weldable state at any time; disassembly and clamping of parts are performed in the secondary vacuum chambers; the sizes of the secondary vacuum chambers are determined according to the sizes of the parts, and are far smaller than the size of the welding vacuum chamber; and the number of the secondary vacuum chambers can be set according to the welding beat, so that the vacuum electronic beam weldingefficiency is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of welding in the equipment manufacturing industry, a solution to improve the utilization rate of the vacuum chamber of vacuum electron beam welding equipment, and solve the problem of repeated vacuuming for large electron beams due to the long vacuuming time (more than 10 minutes) and repeated vacuuming for each welding. The resulting efficiency is reduced, especially when welding small parts, the vacuum extraction time seriously affects the production efficiency. This invention solves the problem of low efficiency of welding small parts in a large vacuum chamber while retaining a large vacuum chamber for welding large parts. When welding small parts, through the multi-vacuum chamber design, the welding main vacuum chamber is always in a vacuum state, and the auxiliary vacuum chamber is responsible for clamping the parts, and the auxiliary vacuum chamber can be designed according to the size of the parts. Based on the...
