The invention is advantageous in that the substrateis provided with a plurality of LED chips connected to the wires, and thereby the emitting of the light source can be even; the LED chips are sealed and covered by the quantum dots fluorescent powderglue body, and thereby the wavelength scope of light emitted by the light source can be larger, and light saturation of the light source can be increased; the quantum dots fluorescent powder glue body is sealed and covered with the sealing film, and thereby the quantum dots in the quantum dots fluorescent powder glue body can be prevented from water vapor corrosion, and the service lifetime of the light source can be prolonged.
