The invention discloses a pneumatic cleaning-type feed screening device which comprises a feeding hopper, a screening barrel, a barrel cover and a screening mesh, wherein the screening barrel is mounted on a rack; the screening barrel and the rack are connected through a plurality of damping springs; the barrel cover is mounted at a top opening of the screening barrel; the bottom of the feeding hopper is connected with a material setting pipe through a connecting pipe; the bottom of the material setting pipe is connected with the barrel cover; a uniform-distribution material setting device ismounted in the material setting pipe; the horizontal screening mesh is mounted in the screening barrel; a vibrating motor is mounted at the bottom of the screening mesh; and a conical pipe is connected with the bottom of the screening barrel. The pneumatic cleaning-type feed screening device disclosed by the invention has the following beneficial effects: when excessive impurities are retained onthe surface of the screening mesh, high-pressure air can be injected into a high-pressure air pipe, so that the impurities are blown away by high-pressure airflow, discharged through an impurity removing pipe, and cleared in time; the normal progress of the screening operation can be guaranteed; and meanwhile, feed can uniformly and equivalently drop into the screening barrel through the uniform-distribution dialing device, so that the workload uniformity of the screening mesh can be guaranteed.
