The oxygen layered reduction air injection pipe column comprises an upper oil pipe arranged in an upper sleeve, an upper packer, an air injection nipple, a lower oil pipe, a guiding-in pipe, an inserting sealing piece and a lower packer, wherein the upper packer and theair injection nipple are sequentially connected to the lower portion of the upper oil pipe from top to bottom, the lower oil pipe is arranged on the lower portion of the air injection nipple, and a ball seat is arranged at the lower end of the lower oil pipe. The guiding-in pipe is arranged in the upper oil pipe, the upper packer, the air injection nipple and the part of the lower oil pipe in a penetrating mode, the inserting sealing piece is arranged between the guiding-in pipe and the upper portion of the lower oil pipe, and the lower packer is arranged between the lower sleeve and the loweroil pipe.
