The invention provides a lipopetide biosurfactant oil extraction agent for improving extraction rate of
crude oil and relates to the technical field of
microbial oil extraction. The lipopetide biosurfactant oil extraction agent is prepared by obtaining
fermentation liquor after
fermentation by lipopetide-biosurfactant-producing
bacillus subtilis ACCC01430 and mixing the
fermentation liquor and a
nutrient solution according to a volume ratio of (3-5):1, wherein the
nutrient solution comprises 1 percent of molasses, 1 percent of
urea, 0.5 percent of peptone, 0.2 percent of
yeast extract, 0.3 percent of
ammonium monohydric
phosphate and the balance of water; and the fermentation liquor is prepared by fermenting with
bacillus subtilis ACCC01430 by a method specified in the description. According to the lipopetide biosurfactant oil extraction agent for improving extraction rate of
crude oil, a large amount of lipopetide surfactant is produced by ground fermentation; the surfactant can emulsify
crude oil, improve wettability of rocks, reduce oil-water interface tension and reduce
viscosity of the crude oil; and the
bacteria can reproduce and grow in oil layer at 50 DEG C. The
nutrient solution can promote the growth of the
bacteria and activate microbes to extract oil.
