The oil-displacing agent comprises, by weight, 90-95 parts of the fracturing fluid flow-back liquid, 1-2 parts of bacillus subtilis lipopeptide sodium, 3-5 parts of lauroyl hydrolyzing silk sodium, 0.5-1 part of polyisobutylene succinimide, 0.5-1 part of synergists and 0.5-1 part of chelating agents. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the oil-displacing agent made from the fracturing fluid flow-back liquid. The oil-displacing agent has the advantages that the fracturing fluid flow-back liquid serves as base liquid, and functional components are added for mutual matching to obtain the oil-displacing agent with good performance; the oil-displacing agent can be applied to exploitation of high water content, hyposmosis, thickened-oil, high temperature and high salt type oil reservoirs, and oil displacement efficiency, conformance factor and recovery ratio can be increased;the fracturing fluid flow-back liquid serving as base liquid can be applied to preparation of the oil-displacing agent after slight treatment, so that the raw material cost of the oil-displacing agentis reduced, and environmental pollution is avoided.
