The concrete protective coating comprises the following components: (1) 75.9 parts of a polyurethane dispersion, (2) 0.1 part of a defoaming agent TY-698; and (3) 24 parts of water. The concrete protective coating has the beneficial effects of low cost, greenness, environment friendliness, high permeability, water resistance, carbonization resistance, weather resistance and ultraviolet resistance.
