Abstract

The invention discloses a peanut washing apparatus utilizing hydraulic drive. The peanut washing apparatus utilizing hydraulic drive comprises a base, an outer frame, a water tank, an inner frame, anda spray pipe; the outer frame is arranged above the base; the inner frame is arranged in the outer frame; the water tank is fixed at a top part of the base, and is located on a right side of the outer frame; a bottom, at the right side, of the outer frame is connected with a drainage pipe; and a valve is installed on the drainage pipe. When the peanut washing apparatus utilizing hydraulic drive works, blades are impacted by a water flow when the water flow passes through a water delivery pipe so as to drive a rotating shaft to rotate; when a disc is driven to rotate by the rotating shaft, a convex column slides within a chute so as to drive the inner frame to swing leftwards and rightwards; and thus, sewage attached to peanuts is shaken off. Driving is realized by utilizing hydraulic force so as to reduce energy consumption, and thus, production cost is decreased; moreover, a convex section is arranged, so that, the water flow impacts on the blades becomes more concentrated, and thus,rotation effects of the rotating shaft is enhanced.
