Abstract

The invention discloses an adjustable PWM rectifier. The adjustable PWM rectifier comprises a main circuit and a control circuit, wherein the main circuit comprises six insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs), the six IGBTs are divided into three groups, each group of IGBTs is connected in a reverse series connection mode, the control circuit comprises a digital signal processor (DSP) digital controller, the DSP digital controller is connected with a driving circuit, and the driving circuit is connected with a full-control device. The invention also discloses an active power factor correction (APFC) control method of the adjustable PWM rectifier. The APFC control method comprises the steps of sampling to obtain a three-phase voltage and a three-phase current of an AC side and a DC-sidevoltage of, and performing calculation to obtain values of a voltage and a current under a two-phase rotating coordinate system and a d-axis instruction current; obtaining decoupling output current quantity by calculation; obtaining a final voltage instruction by calculation; converting the final voltage instruction into a three-phase static coordinate system; and generating a PWM pulse signal byspace vector pulse width modulation.
