The method comprises a high-concentration liquid CO2 production process and a low-temperature methanol washing process, wherein the high-concentration liquid CO2 production process comprises the following steps: (A) dehydrating and cooling CO2-rich raw gas and feeding to a first gas and liquid separation tank; (B) feeding a liquid-phase material flow condensed at the bottom of the first gas and liquid separation tank to a CO2 product purification tower for purification and refining; the low-temperature methanol washing process comprises the following steps: (C) absorbing CO2 by low-temperature poor methanol at the top of a decarburization tower; (D) in a desulfurization tower, treating sulfur-containing mixed gas by taking rich methanol as an absorbent; (E) in a methane gas stripping tower, performing gas stripping on the rich methanol entering the tower via the tower top by using the gas phase at the tower bottom so as to recycle methane gas; (F) performing vacuum flashing and heat regeneration by using an H2S concentrating tower and a methanol heat regeneration tower in order to remove acidic gases and regenerate methanol for cyclic utilization. In comparison with the prior art, the method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of low energy consumption, high liquid CO2 product concentration, high raw material utilization rate and the like.
