As a novel biomarker, circulating miRNA has the characteristics of good stability, minimally invasive and easy access, high sensitivity and specificity. The development and utilization of such molecular markers will provide new directions for the diagnosis and further treatment of various diseases including tumors. This study will be more targeted to derive breast cancer circulating miRNA markers with clinical diagnostic potential. The study confirmed the reliability and reproducibility of this group of miRNAs as non-invasive markers for the diagnosis of breast cancer.
