[0040] The inventor collected a large number of venous serum and plasma samples from the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from 2014 to 2016, and selected 290 cases of breast cancer and 402 cases of breast cancer by sorting out the sample data. The normal control sample was used as the experimental sample for qRT-PCR verification. At the same time, 32 cases of breast cancer tissues and 32 cases of paracancerous tissues were retained.
