A cutting and polishing mechanism for a sofa panel is arranged in a box body of sofa panel processing equipment. The sofa panel processing equipment comprises a rack on which a slide rail I and a slide rail II are arranged. A gap is formed between the slide rail I and the slide rail II between which a slideway for conveying the panel is formed. An inlet end of the slideway is connected to an inputmechanism, and an outlet end thereof is connected to the cutting and polishing mechanism. The cutting and polishing mechanism comprises a cutting component and a polishing component which are sequentially arranged, wherein the cutting component comprises a tool rest I, a tool rest II, a tool rest III and a tool rest IV; the polishing component comprises a runner I and a runner II; the tool rest I, the tool rest II, the tool rest III and the tool rest IV are respectively in transmission connection with corresponding push rod motors; the tool rest I and the tool rest II are oppositely arrangedup and down to form a cutting channel I; the tool rest III and the tool rest IV are oppositely arranged left and right to form a cutting channel II; and a polishing channel allowing the panel to enteris formed between the runner I and the runner II.
