Abstract

The invention discloses an insect-repellent PP woven bag material which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100-200 parts of polypropylene, 0.1-0.5 part of Chinese prickly ash powder, 1-5 parts of attapulgite powder, and 0.01-0.1 part of a silane coupling agent. Because attapulgite has a special layered structure, the effective insect repellent components of Chinese prickly ashcan be fully preserved in the mixing process of the Chinese prickly ash powder, and thus the product still has a good mosquito repellent effect in the case of long-term use. The effect cannot be achieved by single use of any kind of the attapulgite and Chinese prickly ash, and a synergistic effect is played with the combination of the attapulgite and Chinese prickly ash.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a woven bag, in particular to an insect repellent PP woven bag material and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Woven bag, also known as snakeskin bag. It is a kind of plastic bag, used for packaging, and its raw materials are generally various chemical plastic materials such as polyethylene and polypropylene. Weaving density refers to the number of warp and weft yarns in a 100mm×100mm braided fabric. [0003] The woven bag is made of polypropylene (English name pp) as the main raw material, which is extruded and stretched into a flat wire, and then woven, woven, and bag-made. [0004] In many cases, it is used in packaging, especially in the current packaging of rice. 90% of rice is packed in woven bags, whether in transportation or storage, but the transportation and storage of rice often encounter such problems , that is, insect pests, and rice worms will breed in large numbers.
