The construction method comprises the following steps that (1) the adjacent prestressed steel beams (4) are embedded into the left transverse positioning block(1.1) and the right transverse positioning block (1.2) in the sleeved mode correspondingly; (2) then the left transverse positioning block (1.1) and the right transverse positioning block (1.2) are closed together to be tensioned through a tensioning device; and (3) then the transverse connecting plate (2.1) is embedded into the position between the left transverse positioning block (1.1) and theright transverse positioning block (1.2) and fixed.
