Abstract

The invention provides an organic light emitting device and a manufacturing method therefor. The organic light emitting device comprises: a substrate; an organic light emitting layer which is formed on one side of the substrate; a nanometer porous heat blocking layer which is formed on one side of the organic light emitting layer facing away from the substrate, wherein the nanometer porous heat blocking layer and the substrate encapsulate the organic light emitting layer together; pores with a diameter smaller than 100 nm are uniformly distributed in the nanometer porous heat blocking layer; the porosity of the nanometer porous heat blocking layer ranges from 20% to 50%; and light emitted by the organic light emitting layer passes through the nanometer porous heat blocking layer and is radiated outside the organic light emitting device. The organic light emitting device further includes an encapsulation layer which is formed on one side of the nanometer porous heat blocking layer facing away from the organic light emitting layer. According to the organic light emitting device of the present invention, the pores with the diameter smaller than 100 nm are uniformly distributed in thenanometer porous heat blocking layer, since the nanometer-sized pores have a very high transmittance for visible light, collision probability between gas in the pores is reduced, thereby providing heat-blocking function.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of OLED panel manufacturing process, in particular to an organic light-emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof. Background technique [0002] The heat resistance stability of organic materials and some electrode structures in existing organic light emitting devices is poor. When the device is in a high temperature environment, its structure is easily damaged, thereby affecting the service life of the organic light emitting device. In addition, the current organic light-emitting device does not have a good barrier effect on the external high-temperature environment no matter whether it is packaged by a common cover plate or by a thin film package. [0003] In view of this, the inventors provide an organic light emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof. Contents of the invention [0004] In view of the defects in the prior art, the object of the present invention is to provide an organic light em...
