Abstract

The invention discloses a full-hydraulic manual control valve station of a drilling rig. The full-hydraulic manual control valve station comprises a main oil inlet line and a main oil return line as well as a plurality of control parts used for controlling a drilling rig body to achieve corresponding functions, and the first ends of the control parts are connected to the main oil inlet line and the main oil return line; the second ends of the control parts are used for connecting with the drilling rig body; and each control part comprises proportional multi-way valve which is provided with a reversing handle used for switching the working states of the drilling rig body. The proportional multi-way valves are used for replacing an existing electric control hydraulic valve, so that the typesof valve bodies are decreased, and the size and the weight are reduced; the proportional multi-way valves are each provided with the reversing handle used for switching the working states of the drilling rig body, and full-hydraulic manual control is achieved; external connection with a control cabinet or an electric cabinet is not required; the assembly parts and components are decreased, and the weight is reduced; and thus, the full-hydraulic manual control valve station is easy to use.
