Problems solved by technology

However, if the low-carbon alloy steel contains magnesium, the magnesium will greatly refine the inclusions in the steel. Under the dual effects of pinning the grains and inducing intragranular ferrite, the austenite structure will be further refined, and the first total The precipitation behavior of ferrite is inhibited, therefore, it is difficult to corrode the original austenite grain boundary of magnesium-containing low-carbon micro-alloyed high-strength steel with traditional corrosive solution

[0038] The present invention provides a method for preparing the corrosive solution described in the above technical solution, comprising the following steps:

[0039] Mix picric acid with part of the mass of water to obtain a solid-liquid mixture;

[0040] Heating the solid-liquid mixture to a boiling state and maintaining the boiling state for 3 to 5 minutes to obtain a hot saturated picric acid solution;

[0041] cooling the hot saturated picric acid solution to 60-90°C, and filtering to obtain a picric acid supersaturated solution;

[0042]The picric acid supersaturated solution is mixed with a surfactant solution, and then mixed with a catalyst to obtain a corrosion solution; the surfactant solution includes a surfactant, ethanol and remaining water.

[0043] The invention mixes picric acid with part of the mass of water to obtain a solid-liquid mixture. In the present invention, in terms of parts by mass, the part of water by mass is preferably 85-95 parts, more prefer...

Embodiment 1

[0074] Measure 80ml of tap water with a graduated cylinder and pour it into a beaker for later use; weigh 0.90g of sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate with an electronic scale, mix it with 10mL of water and 10mL of absolute ethanol, and obtain a sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate solution for use use. At 1000rpm, add 4.00g of solid picric acid into a beaker filled with water while stirring to obtain a solid-liquid mixture; raise the temperature of the solid-liquid mixture to 100°C, keep the temperature constant for 3min, until it reaches a supersaturated state, and then cool down to 70°C Filtrate, add sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate solution to the filtrate, and then dropwise add 4 drops of hydrochloric acid solution with a mass fraction of 37%, and keep the temperature at a constant temperature for 5 minutes under stirring to obtain a corrosion solution.

Embodiment 2

[0088] Measure 80mL of tap water with a graduated cylinder and pour it into a beaker for use; weigh 0.70g of sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate with an electronic scale, mix it with 10mL of water and 10mL of absolute ethanol to obtain a solution of sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate use. At 1000rpm, add 3.80g of solid picric acid into a beaker filled with water while stirring to obtain a solid-liquid mixture; raise the temperature of the solid-liquid mixture to 100°C, keep the temperature constant for 3min to reach a supersaturated state, and then cool down to 80°C Filtrate, add sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate solution to the filtrate, and then add dropwise 5 drops of hydrochloric acid solution with a mass fraction of 37%, and keep the temperature at a constant temperature for 5 minutes under stirring to obtain a corrosion solution.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of metal corrosion, and in particular relates to a corrosion solution and a preparation method thereof, and a method for displaying original austenite grain boundaries of magnesium-containing low-carbon microalloy high-strength steel. The corrosion solution provided by the invention comprises, in parts by mass, 4-6 parts of picric acid, 0.5-1.2 parts of surfactant, 0.2-0.6 parts of catalyst, 8-12 parts of ethanol and 100 parts of water. The results of the examples show that after the corrosion solution provided by the present invention corrodes magnesium-containing low-carbon micro-alloyed high-strength steel, clear and obvious prior austenite grain boundaries can be observed, and the grain size can be measured. Grain refinement, improving the toughness of steel grades brings great convenience.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of metal corrosion, and in particular relates to a corrosion solution and a preparation method thereof, and a method for displaying original austenite grain boundaries of magnesium-containing low-carbon microalloy high-strength steel. Background technique [0002] The actual austenite grain size of the steel (a scale representing the grain size) has a great influence on the properties of the steel. Coarse austenite grains are cooled to obtain coarse transformation products, which reduce the mechanical properties of the steel, such as strength, toughness and Anti-fatigue properties. Clearly displaying and accurately measuring austenite grain size has a direct impact on judging the mechanical properties, mechanical properties and process properties of metal materials. Therefore, grain size determination is widely used in the development of metal materials and the detection and judgment of the quality of metal ...
