Problems solved by technology

However, due to the lack of an accurate, simple and rapid detection method to identify the authenticity of edible oil, the quality and safety of edible oil is still in a state of repeated prohibition
The traditional and effective detection method is not only expensive, but also complicated to operate and maintain.

Embodiment Construction

[0015] In order to make the technical means, creative features, goals and effects of the present invention easy to understand, the following embodiments will specifically illustrate the low-field magnetic resonance edible oil detection method of the present invention in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0016] figure 1 It is a flow chart of the low-field magnetic resonance edible oil type detection method in the embodiment of the present invention.

[0017] like figure 1 As shown, the low-field magnetic resonance edible oil type detection method mainly includes the following steps:

[0018] Step S1: Read the raw data of the pulse sequences of various known edible oils collected by the low-field nuclear magnetic resonance equipment.

[0019] Step S2: According to the original data, the attenuation curves of various known edible oils are respectively obtained, and the attenuation curves are the transverse relaxation curves of the edible oils.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for detecting the kinds of edible oil through low field MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging). The method is characterized by comprising following steps: step one, reading the primary data of impulse sequences of multiple kinds of known edible oils, wherein the primary data is collected by a low field MRI facility; step two, according to the primary data, obtaining the attenuation curves of known edible oils; step three, extracting the characteristics of the attenuation curves to obtain the characteristic matrixes of known edible oils; step four, subjecting the characteristic data of known edible oils to a normalization treatment; step five, using a support vector machine to analyze and train the characteristic data to obtain a train model; and step six, based onthe characteristic data of an unknown oil, judging the kind of the unknown oil by the train model. The characteristic data comprises: signal amplitude, period for reaching a signal attenuation amountof 63%, a point corresponding to maximal curvature, signal amount corresponding to the point, and attenuation cut-off point.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for detecting the type of edible oil, in particular to a method for detecting the type of edible oil with low-field magnetic resonance. Background technique [0002] Worldwide, nuclear magnetic resonance technology is developing rapidly and has been widely developed in many fields, such as the application of high-field-strength nuclear magnetic resonance technology to clinical diagnosis of the human body. With the continuous development of nuclear magnetic resonance technology, it is found that nuclear magnetic resonance technology can not only be applied clinically, but also in other fields (such as food science, agriculture, petroleum energy, material science, textile chemical industry, etc.) effect. Many scientific studies have proved that the application of nuclear magnetic resonance analysis technology in these fields can solve problems that cannot be solved by other existing scientific instruments, and has playe...
