Embodiment Construction

[0058] Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing and specific embodiment, the present invention is described in further detail:

[0059] refer to figure 1 . An unsupervised SAR image change detection method, comprising the steps of:

[0060] Step 1) Filter the two SAR images to be detected:

[0061] image im o 1 SAR image taken for time 1, image im o 2 SAR image taken for moment 2, im o 1 and im o 2 Shooting with the same location, on im o 1 and im o 2 For registration, the three-bit block matching filtering method is used to filter the registered SAR image, remove the coherent speckle noise in the image and maintain the image boundary information, and obtain the filtered image im 1 and im 2 :

[0062] im 1 ={im 1 (i,j)|1≤i≤H,1≤j≤W},

[0063] im 2 ={im 2 (i,j)|1≤i≤H,1≤j≤W},

[0064] H represents the height of the obtained SAR image, W represents the width of the obtained SAR image, and (i,j) represents the position of the pixel in the image.

Abstract

The invention provides an unsupervised SAR image change detection method which is used for solving the technical problem existing in the prior art that detection accuracy and calculation efficiency are relatively low. The implementation steps include: filtering registered SAR images of two time phases; generating an initial difference diagram; performing saliency detection on the initial difference diagram to obtain a saliency difference diagram; utilizing a fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm to pre-classify the saliency difference diagram to obtain candidate training samples and uncertain samples; performing equalization processing on the candidate training sample set to obtain training samples; utilizing a PCA filter to extract characteristics of the training samples and characteristicsof the uncertain samples; and utilizing the characteristics of the training samples to train a support vector machine, and utilizing the trained support vector machine to classify the uncertain samples to obtain a change detection result. The unsupervised SAR image change detection method provided by the invention can reduce operation time while improving detection accuracy, and can be used for disaster assessment, disaster development tendency prediction, target detection, land covering and utilization monitoring and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of image processing, and relates to an image change detection method, in particular to an improved PCANet unsupervised SAR image change detection method, which can be used for evaluating disasters and predicting disaster development trends, target detection, land cover and utilization monitoring, etc. . Background technique [0002] Image change detection refers to the use of remote sensing images and other auxiliary data of the same surface area acquired in multiple periods to determine and analyze surface changes. play an important role. Microwave remote sensing represented by synthetic aperture radar (SAR) is an active microwave imaging sensor. Compared with microwave remote sensing such as optical remote sensing, SAR imaging technology not only has a variable side viewing angle, but also can obtain detailed geographic information without being affected by the weather, so it has a wide range of applicat...
