Abstract

The non-contact magnetic transmitting array type PCR micro-channel structure comprises three constant-temperature regions, namely a 96-DEG C region, a 72-DEG C region and a 55-DEG C region, and further comprises a coil group I, a coil group II, a coil group III and a coilgroup IV, which consist of excitation coils, wherein the excitation coils are uniformly wound on a transparent quartz guide tube; the transparent quartz guide tube is connected among the three constant-temperature regions; a PCR reagent module for performing amplification operation in the transparent quartz guide tube is formed by connecting a permanent magnet and a reagent cavity. A reagent pushing way disclosed by the invention is a reagent drive way without substance transmitting in a transmitting channel, so that a fault rate is greatly reduced. The three regions are unchanged constant-temperature regions, so that stable temperature control on PCR amplification is favorably realized. The transmitting mechanism is simple in structure, is convenient for an array type design, and is beneficial for function integration and structure reduction for space application.
