The principle of the invention is mainly based on the special properties of the EVA foam material, which is used as a buoy device that can be freely adjusted with the water level of the paddy field, carrying a light quantum sensor, and continuously observing the photosynthetically active radiation from the water to the canopy. The reflected photosynthetically active radiation is observed, and the photosynthetically active radiation absorbed by the canopy is calculated according to the principle of energy balance.
