The breeding method of the sinibotia superciliaris comprises the following steps: arranging a water inlet on one side of a sinibotia superciliaris food-changing pool, arranging a semi-sheltered bait tray at the water inlet and sheltering half of the area above the bait tray by using a first floating board so as to induce the sinibotia superciliaris to move and take feeds in the bait tray; putting elliptical pebbles between the bait tray and the water inlet; controlling water flow velocity near the bait tray by adjusting inflow volume so as to form a micro-flow area; placing a second floating plate, above the elliptical pebbles, on the surface of the micro-flow area, and fixing the second floating board by using bamboo poles so as to induce the sinibotia superciliaris to live near the bait tray; and regularly performing feeding twice a day at 8:00 and 18:00, wherein the feeding time is subjected to appropriate changeaccording to weather conditions, so as to train the sinibotia superciliaris to regularly and quantitatively take feeds. The sinibotia superciliaris are fed by adopting matches of red worms, compound feeds and artificial sinking pellet feeds. The breeding method of the sinibotia superciliaris greatly increases feed intake probability, and improves growth rate and survival rate.
