Abstract

A bottom slag washing and sorting system is suitable for performing washing and sorting processing on bottom slags which are generated by an incinerator by means of working water. Sewage which is flowed out of the bottom slag washing and sorting system enter a sewage processing system for subsequent processing. The bottom slag washing and sorting system comprises a bottom slag wet screening unit,water storage equipment and a filtering unit. The bottom slag wet screening unit performs wet type screeing processing on the bottom slag through the working water for generating the sewage. The waterstorage equipment comprises a first pond and a second pond. The sewage which is generated by the bottom slag wet screening unit flows into the first pond for reducing an acid value or a base value and eliminating bubbles. The filtering unit filters the bottom slag by means of the sewage processing in the first pond, thereby obtaining fine aggregate. One part of the generated sewage is dischargedto the sewage processing system for subsequent processing. The other part of the sewage generated by the filtering unit is used as recycled water and flows into the second pond for reducing the acid value or the base value and eliminating the bubbles so that the recycled water which flows out of the second pond can flow back to the bottom slag wet screening unit for recycling.
