The protective press plate is located on the upper side of the multiple bins. A branch drive shaft arranged in each bin is provided with amaterial distributing threaded rod. The main shaft is arranged on the lower side of the protective press plate. A second synchronous belt pulley, a one-way bearing I, a second bearing, a third bearing and a one-way bearing II are sequentially arranged on the main shaft from top to bottom in a sleeving manner. The work directions of the one-way bearing I and the one-way bearing II are opposite. The one-way bearing I is externally sleeved with a first synchronous belt pulley. The grooved pulley is arranged outside the third bearing and the one-way bearing II. The followers are matched with thepath of the grooved pulley.
