Abstract

The invention provides a novel vibration frequency sensor based on a parallel synchronized switch inductance technology. The novel vibration frequency sensor consists of a piezoelectric energy harvester and a signal conditioning circuit, wherein sinusoidal vibration is directly detected by means of the piezoelectric energy harvester, and the vibration is converted into a corresponding output voltage; and the output voltage is processed by means of the signal conditioning circuit to obtain an output voltage signal reflecting the magnitude of the vibration frequency.
