The invention provides an image forming apparatus and a recording program which can prevent degradation of image position accuracy due to eccentricity of a driving roller. The image forming apparatus(1) includes: a driving roller (182) that conveys a paper sheet; a detector (a protruding sheet 182a and a sensor 182b) that detects a desired point on the driving roller (182); and a controller that:acquires a waveform signal indicating one of a change in an image forming position with respect to the paper sheet and a change in a sheet conveyance velocity; extracts a synchronous waveform signalfrom the acquired waveform signal, the synchronous waveform signal being synchronized with one revolution of the driving roller (182), the one revolution being detected by the detector; and inputs a drive signal to a drive source (M) of the driving roller (182), the drive signal being input to weaken an amplitude of the extracted synchronous waveform signal.
