Abstract

The telescopic wheel type polishing tool comprises a drive mechanism, a telescoping mechanism and a polishing mechanism; the drive mechanism comprises a base, a hand wheel, a lead screw sliding block, alead screw rod and a connection block; the base is fixed on the ground; a screw rod formed by the lead screw sliding block and a lead screw rod is connected to the base through a bearing; the hand wheel is fixedly connected with the screw rod in an interference fitting manner; the connection block is fixedly connected to the lead screw sliding block and is engaged with a first stud bolt in the telescoping mechanism through threads; the telescoping mechanism comprises the first stud bolt, an upper end shaft, a spring shock absorber, a second stud bolt and a lower end shaft; the lower end of the lower end shaft is fixedly connected with a tank body of the polishing mechanism; the polishing mechanism comprises a servo motor, a tank body, a polishing rolling wheel, polishing abrasive paper, acoupling, a movement shaft and a flat key; the movement shaft is connected with an output shaft of the servo motor through the coupling; the polishing rolling wheel is in key joint to the movement shaft through the flat key; and the polishing abrasive paper is adhered to the polishing rolling wheel.
