The radiant refrigeration roof comprises a solar cell panel, a water-cooling layer, a thermoelectric module layer and a radiation plate which aresequentially arranged from outside to inside. The solar cell panel is electrically connected with the thermoelectric module layer to provide direct-current electricity for the thermoelectric module layer, a plurality of N-shaped semiconductors and a plurality of P-shaped semiconductors are arranged in the thermoelectric module layer, the thermoelectric high-temperature end of the thermoelectric module layer and the water-cooling layer are arranged in an attached mode to provide heat for the water-cooling layer, the thermoelectric low-temperature end of the thermoelectric module layer and the radiation plate are arranged in an attached mode to provide the cooling capacity for the radiation plate so as to conduct radiation on the indoor space, a water-cooling channel and a cooling water inlet communicating with the water-cooling channel are formed in the water-cooling layer. According to the radiant refrigeration roof provided by the invention, the problem that the hot-end efficiency ofa photoelectric electricity generation module and a thermoelectric module becomes low along with the time is solved, and meanwhile, generated overheating heat is effectively utilized to provide hot water for a user.
