Abstract

The invention discloses an early fault diagnosis method of a bearing outer ring based on an adaptive MCKD, which is a diagnosis method aiming at the early fault of the bearing outer ring. Aiming at the problem that the noise reduction effect of the MCKD is affected by the filter order L and the displacement order M, the invention studies the fault mechanism of the bearing, and puts forward an early fault diagnosis method of the bearing outer ring based on the adaptive MCKD. Under different M values, the average value of Teager spectrum kurtosis is calculated respectively, and the optimal displacement order M is selected. Then, taking Teager spectrum kurtosis as objective function, the optimal filter order L is searched by iterative algorithm, and the weak fault feature is extracted by envelope spectrum. Compared with the minimum entropy deconvolution (MED) algorithm, this method shows higher accuracy, which proves the accuracy of this method in early fault diagnosis of bearing outer ring.
