Problems solved by technology

However, how to ensure the uniform dispersion of nanoparticles in cross-linked polyethylene materials has always been a difficult problem that cannot be effectively solved
The agglomeration of nanoparticles in the cross-linked polyethylene material will make the nanoparticles themselves an impurity and seriously damage the insulating properties of the cross-linked polyethylene material

Embodiment 1

[0027] Method of the present invention specifically comprises the steps:

[0028] Step 1) dry LDPE and antioxidant 1010, dicumyl peroxide (DCP) and 4,4'-bisdimethylaminobenzil (chemical formula see figure 1 ) according to the mass ratio of 100:0.1:2:0.5 in the internal mixer for 30 minutes, the temperature is 110°C, and the internal mixer speed is 100r / min.

[0029] Step 2) Weigh 40 grams of LDPE mixture and place it in a flat vulcanizer, preheat it at 120°C for 10 minutes to fully melt the mixture; pressurize the flat vulcanizer to 30MPa, and simultaneously raise the temperature to 180°C and press for 30 minutes to make the LDPE Fully cross-linked as cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE).

[0030] Step 3) Turn off the power supply of the flat vulcanizer, keep the pressure constant, let the sample cool down to room temperature naturally, and then take it out. During the cooling process, insert the needle electrode into the sample with the pin mold, see figure 2 , so that the di...

Embodiment 2

[0034] A control group is set, and 4,4'-bisdimethylaminobenzil is not added in step 1) of the control group, and other steps are the same as in Example 1.

Embodiment 3

[0036] Method of the present invention specifically comprises the steps:

[0037] Step 1) dry LDPE and antioxidant 1035, ethylene peroxide and 4,4'-bisdimethylaminobenzil (chemical formula see figure 1 ) according to the mass ratio of 100:0.1:2:0.5 in the internal mixer for 25 minutes, the temperature is 110°C, and the internal mixer speed is 80r / min.

[0038] Step 2) Weigh 40 grams of LDPE mixture and place it in a flat vulcanizer, preheat it at 115°C for 15 minutes to fully melt the mixture; pressurize the flat vulcanizer to 30MPa, and simultaneously raise the temperature to 175°C and press for 40 minutes to make the LDPE Fully cross-linked as cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE).

[0039] Step 3) Turn off the power supply of the flat vulcanizer, keep the pressure constant, let the sample cool down to room temperature naturally, and take it out. During the cooling process, insert the needle electrode into the sample with the pin mold, see figure 2 , so that the distance betw...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for inhibiting XLPE insulated electrical tree aging based on a benzil derivative. The method includes first mixing dry LDPE with an antioxidant, a crosslinking agent and 4,4'-bis-dimethylamino-benzil according to the mass ratio of 100:0.1:2:0.5 fully in an internal mixer; preheating the LDPE with a press vulcanizer for full melting and conducting full crosslinkinginto an XLPE sample; conducting natural cooling to the room temperature and inserting a pin electrode into the sample by a pin mold in the cooling process; vacuum drying for 24-48 hours to eliminate impurities generated during the sample crosslinking process; finally performing an experiment with a DC superimposed pulse voltage electrical tree experiment system device.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of high-voltage DC cable insulation, and specifically relates to a method for inhibiting the aging of cross-linked polyethylene insulation electrical branches based on benzil derivatives, in particular to a method for inhibiting high-voltage direct-current cross-linked polyethylene cable insulation based on benzil derivatives. Methods of electrical dendritic aging. Background technique [0002] High-voltage DC cables play an irreplaceable role in today's power systems, and cross-linked polyethylene is currently the main insulating material used in high-voltage DC cables. However, in the actual operation of power cables, due to the existence of local electric field intensity concentrated areas such as impurities or defects in the cables, it is possible to cause electric trees. The phenomenon of dendration appears, and electrical dendration has become an important factor of cable insulation failure. Therefore, it is o...
