The method comprises steps: selecting the risk assessment elements of an electric power information network and establishing the hierarchical structure assignment and calculation of the model, constructing a Fuzzy Complementary Matrix, and uniformizing the matrix,the fuzzy consistent judgment matrix being constructed, the relative importance of each element being sorted, the relative weight of each criterion layer element being modified by using the variable weight formula, the node risk quantitative value being calculated, the attack graph being improved, the sensitivity being calculated, the comprehensive risk value being obtained, and the comprehensiverisk value being calculated according to the node risk and sensitivity.
