A baffle is arranged at the gas inlet. The baffle is mounted on the inner wall of the gas inlet through a hinge and matched with the gas inlet. A hole communicating with the gas inlet is formed in the side wall ofthe shell. A gas pressure sensor is arranged on the surface, making contact with the gas inlet, of the baffle. The gas pressure sensor is connected with a computer through a wireless network. When the gas pressure is greater than the connection pressure of the baffle, the baffle is opened, and gas enters the baffle and then is recycled; and when the gas pressure is decreased, the baffle is closed, and thus stopping is conducted. The oil pumping well casing gas controller is simple in structure and convenient to operate.
