The light-weight anti-aging shoe sole is composed of the following components: styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer (SBS), polyolefin block copolymer, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, white mineral oil, an antioxidant, a foaming agent, zinc stearate, an anti-wear agent and an inorganic filler. The preparation method includes the following steps: premixing the component materials in a super mixer for 4-7 minutes, then extruding the premixed material in a melting manner by using a twin-screw extruder at the temperature of 132-135 DEG C, cooling and pelleting, finally, performing injection molding at the temperature of 170-172 DEG C, so as to obtain the light-weight anti-aging shoe sole.
