[0025] 1. Fresh Spore Collection

[0026] Pipette 2 μL of wild-type Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus oryzae, and TSJ-1 mutant spores to inoculate on PDA solid medium, and culture in the dark at 37°C for 7 days; the spores were eluted with 0.001% Tween 20 spore eluent, Filter the mycelium with four layers of lens paper, and collect the conidia into a 10 mL centrifuge tube. Count the spores after dilution, and uniformly dilute the concentration of the spores to 10 6 individual / mL.

[0027] 2. Observation of the influence of Aspergillus oryzae and TSJ-1 mutants on the toxin production of Aspergillus flavus:

[0028] Dilute the concentration of freshly collected Aspergillus oryzae and TSJ-1 mutant spores to 10 3 pc / mL, 10 5 pc / mL, 10 6 Individual / mL; respectively take 1mL diluted spore liquid of each concentration and 1mL concentration of 10 6 A. flavus spores / mL were mixed and added to 50mL YES liquid medium. For the control group, only 1mL wild-type aspergillus flavus spore...

Abstract

The invention relates to a biological control method for toxicogenic aspergillus flavus, and belonging to the field of biological control. Aspergillus oryzae and an aflatoxin-free aspergillus flavus mutant TSJ-1 strain can inhibit the growth and production of the toxicogenic aspergillus flavus. The synthesis of aflatoxin can be significantly inhibited by co-cultivating the toxicogenic aspergillusflavus with aspergillus oryzae or the TSJ-1 non-toxicogenic mutant. The vegetative growth of wild type aspergillus flavus the production of conidia, and the amount of aflatoxin synthesis are also decreased significantly; further the toxicogenic aspergillus flavus is treated with the aspergillus oryzae and a culture medium of the TSJ-1 strains to inhibit the growth and conidiospore development of aspergillus flavus and aflatoxin synthesis. The biological control method for the toxicogenic aspergillus flavus can reduce the infection against many agricultural products and synthesis of the aflatoxin, and achieve the effect of preventing and controlling in advance and reducing economic loss.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to biological control, in particular to a biological control method for toxin-producing Aspergillus flavus. Background technique [0002] Aspergillus flavus is a widespread fungus of the genus Aspergillus. As a common pathogen of plants and animals, it not only causes great harm to agricultural production, feed industry, and animal husbandry, but also poses a serious threat to human health. The aflatoxin produced by Aspergillus flavus is a natural compound with strong toxicity and strong carcinogenicity, which causes great economic losses and safety hazards to humans. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the prevention and control of aflatoxin and inhibit the toxin production of Aspergillus aflatoxin. [0003] Compared with the conventional physical and chemical control, the biological control of aflatoxin has the advantages of relatively mild treatment conditions, no damage or relatively small damage to the quality an...
