A spiral rod is arranged in each transparent storage tank. The base is fixed to the bottom of the supporting framework. A discharging hopper is fixed to the bottom of each transparentstorage tank. GYL-3 strain type weighing force cells are mounted between bearing tables and bearing plates. An MCS-51 single-chip microcomputer is mounted at the position, corresponding to the lowerportion of each bearing plate, of the bottom of the base. Display screens are mounted at the positions, corresponding to material taking openings on the front end face of the base, of the base. A control panel is arranged at the position, corresponding to the lower portion of each display screen, of the base.
