Abstract

The invention discloses an on-line patrol control system for steel cylinder self-explosion prevention. The on-line patrol control system comprises an explosion detection unit mounted at a steel cylinder and a centralized display disk collecting information of the explosion detection unit. The explosion detection unit is connected with the centralized display disk by a bus. According to the on-linepatrol control system for steel cylinder self-explosion prevention, by real-time detecting the connecting and disconnecting states of a pre-tension conductive wire arranged on the steel cylinder surface, the steel cylinder is driven to depressurize, and therefore the purposes of reducing the gas pressure in the steel cylinder and preventing self-explosion of the steel cylinder are achieved. The problem of failing to detect hidden dangers of steel cylinder explosion in time is solved. Steel cylinder self-explosion is effectively prevented, safety hazard caused by steel cylinder self-explosionis eliminated, and the cost of regular cylinder inspection is greatly reduced.
